Adrian graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and is a member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association. Adrian has a strong connection with helping each client through their conditions using manual therapy, pain management strategies and easy-to-understand education. He is committed to guiding every patient toward their recovery goals while creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience every step of the way.
Adrian enjoys spending time with his friends, playing soccer and keeping fit at the gym. He has played for many soccer clubs in Adelaide including Adelaide City, Adelaide Olympic and Eastern United.

Michelle is particularly passionate about chronic pain management; especially those in the upper limb including neck pain, headaches, and shoulder issues. She also enjoys helping NDIS participants manage their pains and helps them maintain their independence by making physiotherapy and exercise enjoyable!
Watson Headache® ApproachMichelle has attended the Watson Headache® Institute, Level 1 Foundation Headache Course and Level 2 Consolidation Headache Course titled "The Role of C1-C3 Cervical Afferents in Primary Headache". She has completed the Watson Headache Certified Practitioner Level 3 course this year.

Shontelle’s approach to treatment is to create a sense of peace through gentle yet therapeutic relief whilst assisting with pain and stress management to help her clients return to their daily activities whilst enhancing relaxation and wellbeing.
She incorporates the elements of relaxation and uses therapeutic techniques such as myotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, stretching as well as hot stone massage in her treatments. Shontelle strives to give her clients the best care by tailoring each treatment to their specific needs.
In her downtime, Shontelle can be found furthering her training and interests in massage; health and self-development, at the gym or watching Netflix with her cat Valo.

Amy graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy). She also completed a Master of Applied Science (Chinese Herbal Medicine) at The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Amy is a registered AHPRA practitioner in both the Occupational Therapy and Chinese Medicine professions. Amy is a committee member of the Federation of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Societies of Australia Ltd. – SA branch.
Amy developed a passion in natural medicines from a very young age, while watching her Mother practice Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, catching up with friends and taking her son to the playground! (Actually, he likes it more than she does!). She also enjoys hiking up Mt Lofty to stay fit.
