It is important to take regular breaks and stretch the areas of the body which are being overloaded.

Most people tend to consult their GP when they experience back pain instead of consult a professional (physiotherapist) trained to help with spinal complaints. GPs typically prescribe medications without any particular diagnosis and refer people for unnecessary xrays. This delays the recovery process and can increase the risk of aggravating the condition.
