We really value time

Both yours and ours. Running our Physiotherapy practice efficiently allows us to provide quality service to you, and allows us to complete all other tasks (e.g. writing doctor letters) in a timely manner. Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our clients and our Physiotherapists, and is intended to make our expectations clear. It sounds like this:

We prefer that you keep and attend your scheduled appointments

Your Physiotherapist has designed a management plan with you and is committed to helping you recovery as fast as possible. Your recovery is determined by your commitment to treatment and will be delayed if you do not attend your scheduled appointments.

Missed appointments

If you miss an appointment without prior communication with Physio Physique, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. Physio Physique may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.

Cancelled appointments (more than 24 hours notice)

If you cancel or re-book your appointment with more than 24 hours notice there is no charge to you. However, a few days’ notice would be great so that we can fill your spot and help someone else who needs our service.

Cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours notice / same day cancellations)

If you cancel or re-book your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Physio Physique may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.
