About Michelle

I graduated from the University of South Australia with my Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and have always had a keen interest in pain management and holistic health care. My goal as a Physiotherapist is to provide the best management to suit the needs of my patients, while helping them to increase their quality of life.

I am particularly excited to meet you and learn more about you through my patient centred treatment style.  Together, we will develop a treatment plan designed to achieve your health goals and get you back to the things you love as soon as possible!

Areas of interest

My passion lies in chronic pain management; in particular for those suffering with head and neck pains (i.e. migraines and chronic headaches).

I also have a special interest in women's health physiotherapy, specifically in endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS treatments.

Hobbies and lifestyle

I have a background in martial arts (Krav Maga, Muay Thai and MMA) as well as yoga and meditation. I believe that every patient has the ability to positively improve their lifestyles. My way of life fuels my ambition  to empower my patients with the right tools for sustainable and long term health improvement.

Outside of caring for my patients, I can be found enjoying a cup of tea (I love T2.....), the latest art exhibitions or cuddling with my dog, Cookie.

Long term vision

Within the next  10 years I would love to volunteer overseas to help third world populations by providing prosthetics and appropriate rehabilitation to help them regain function.
