HIIT Yoga | Kundalini Yoga
Our HIIT Yoga classes use a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques & aerobic movements to get the heart pumping and build strength in the body and mind.
These classes are designed to have a low impact physically and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
HIIT Yoga is a relatively new disciple and we are very excited about guiding these classes!
Kundalini Yoga is a relatively unknown style of Yoga where we use meditation, breath, mudra (gestures), mantra (words or sounds) and rhythmic movement to stimulate the biophysical and neurological systems within the body to create positive changes.
Kundalini Yoga is a great option for people who find it difficult to concentrate or switch off because the mind is required to focus on a number of things at the same time such as chanting, movement & breathwork.
This makes it very difficult for the mind to wander!
During each class we will complete a Kriya (a series of postures, breath, and sound) which is designed to deliver a particular benefit to the participant.
For example, we may undertake a Kriya to assist with insomnia or anxiety.
Kundalini Yoga is great for anyone who wants to improve their overall wellbeing and emotional & cognitive function.
Please arrive 10 mins early
We understand that life can get in the way however we would appreciate if you could arrive for your class at least 10 minutes before the start of class. This will help us keep disruptions to a minimum for both the students and the instructor.
What should I bring to Yoga classes?
We ask that all students wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and towel for hygiene.
How much do Yoga classes cost?
Single visits are $25 and paid in advance.
You can also purchase a 10 Class Pass (Save 20%) for $200 which can be used for our Yoga classes and NormaTec Compression Therapy.
